During Christmas, we had a good time staying at a hotel with an affordable rate. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was strategic, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a decent selection of food.

We spent our New Year at this hotel and had a blast! The service was excellent - the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious food. The rooms were very clean and cozy, perfect for a New Year's stay. the location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from the transport terminal and taxis were available easily.
While the hotel did not have an elevator to the upper floors, we didn't mind because the wide stairs were easy to climb. However, housekeeping could have been more proactive in replenishing toiletries and towels without guests having to request for them.
